At Microsoft, my focus is on scaling the Azure core control plane, enhancing its performance and reliability. The leadership of the Core Compute Resource Provider team allows me a unique vantage point to experiment with and drive the architectural innovations for the whole stack. Our team\'s innovative solutions have played a pivotal role in Azure\'s customer acquisition and retention by meeting critical scale and performance as well as functional requirements. Engaging with key customers, we tailor Azure\'s capabilities to their future needs, a testament to our commitment to customer-centric innovation. My role involves cross-team collaboration to execute AI based predictive prestaging, architectural advancements as well as redefining the way customers interact with the platform to deliver order of magnitude improvements to ensure Azure remains at the forefront of cloud services. Our efforts have resulted in significant improvements in system efficiency, directly contributing to Azure\'s robust and reliable service offering.
