Legally trained and now deep tech, I design AI and software that are powerful, explainable, and trustworthy under pressure.I have worked across 60 plus startups and dozens of products, helping teams move from ambiguity to execution with clarity and speed. YE Stack, serves as an operational co-founder for visionary founders. We began as a community six years ago and have successfully navigated the 0-1 journey of numerous early-stage startups. Last year, our focus shifted to founders in developed markets, where we discovered a common challenge: exorbitant product development costs for achieving Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). For instance, one of our partners from New York received a quote of $100k USD from a tech agency for building her MVP, while we were able to deliver a quality product development at just $25k. This discrepancy highlights the inefficiencies in the traditional time and material business model.
