As a dedicated Chemistry educator with a Master’s in Chemistry and a Bachelor’s in Education, I am committed to fostering a learning environment where students not only excel academically but also develop as confident, empathetic, and globally-minded individuals. With extensive experience teaching both IGCSE and IBDP Chemistry, I employ innovative teaching strategies that cater to the unique needs of each learner, addressing the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains of education.Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered outstanding board results, helping students achieve academic success through engaging lesson plans, individualized assessments, and continuous progress monitoring. My passion for student growth extends beyond the classroom, where I have played an instrumental role in shaping school events and extracurricular activities. One of my proudest achievements has been establishing and spearheading the Model United Nations (MUN) club at JBCN International School. What began as an idea has grown into an award-winning club with over 350 students from across Mumbai participating in multiple interschool MUN conferences that I helped organize. This initiative has not only fostered critical thinking, leadership, and diplomacy among students, but it has also placed our school at the forefront of the MUN community in the region. As an active member of the science team, I have been a driving force behind key initiatives such as the Collaborative Science Project and the Innovators Convention. These projects have allowed me to work collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines to foster interdisciplinary learning and showcase students’ creativity and problem-solving skills. My role in these projects, as well as my ongoing involvement in CAS activities, reflects my commitment to providing a holistic educational experience that extends beyond the traditional classroom setting. With certifications in both IBDP and IGCSE Chemistry and proficiency in modern educational tools like Managebac and Google Suite, I remain dedicated to staying at the forefront of pedagogical advancements.
