StoneBridge is a 900+ member congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America. Our church has opted for a collegial model of pastoral leadership, with three lead pastors working as a team in lieu of a traditional senior pastor model. My role on the team involves 1) our connections, helping people take the \'next step\' in their connections with the church (visitor follow-up, new member classes, volunteer placement, etc.). 2) our care ministries, developing processes and support for effectively shepherding our church and equipping the church to shepherd each other, and 3) preaching, overseeing and developing our preaching team and content, and preaching regularly as part of a team-teaching approach.
