ABOUT REVERDI D.
Chief Operating Officer | Executive Director | Project Strategy + Execution | Operations Management + Business Development I am a clinician turned CEO with 33 years of experience in Canada’s healthcare system and the Co-founder of ATMA CENA Psychedelic Healthcare Solutions. My career has spanned critical‑care bedsides, regional and provincial health‑authority boardrooms, and now the fast‑moving world of digital health innovation. That breadth lets me see our system’s pain points and create solutions to fix them, igniting the passion within me to revolutionize care. I’ve witnessed thousands of times how safe, timely care transforms lives. I’ve also seen where traditional models fail patients and often overwhelm clinicians. Those experiences have driven my mission to expand access to mental‑health therapies starting with psychedelic‑assisted psychotherapy. While scaling ATMA CENA from a single site to a national network, two systemic gaps became clear. Therapists can’t scale modern care without the right tools and patients struggle to access therapy due to cost and availability. At ATMA CENA we are building the Therapist Operating System (TOS) grounded in the safety protocols we have developed for our services and in support of the therapists who must reach more people, affordably and sustainably. I have decades of experience managing cross‑functional teams to enable truly collaborative care. I have skill in translating policy into practical workflows and accelerating adoption without compromise. I’ve coached hundreds of individuals to bridge the gaps of healthcare delivery. My passion is advocating for regulatory pathways that keep innovation safe, ethical, and equitable. I believe Mental health networks not just more apps will define the next decade, and therapists deserve tools built for how they actually work. Transparency, safety, and cultural humility are non‑negotiable. If you’re a clinician, therapist, investor, policymaker, or tech developer ready to help build the new backbone of mental healthcare, I’d love to connect. Together, we can ensure everyone has the tools, support, and opportunity not just to heal but to thrive.
