HelpMeSee is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending preventable blindness caused by cataract by training specialists in manual small incision cataract surgery (MSICS). It uses high-fidelity simulation-based training to scale up the number of skilled cataract surgeons, especially in underserved regions. Through partnerships and innovation, HelpMeSee aims to restore sight to millions and reduce the global burden of avoidable blindness.The HMS approach is sustainable, focused on building leadership capacity and local economies.
