With a passion for dissecting complex problems and driving organizational success, I have honed my skills in problem solving and project management within KPMG India\'s Digital Trust practice, as well as through my varied experiences before being associated with the firm. Navigating through various industries i.e, consumer goods & pharmaceuticals, I\'ve played a pivotal role in connecting with clients, understanding their core issues & vulnerabilities, and spearheading initiatives that not only solve problems but also drive substantial business value. My approach is built on a bedrock of thorough systematic planning followed by execution with precision, ensuring that each solution is as impactful as it is innovative. My driving force has always been promoting a collaborative environment with various cross-functional teams that enables devising strategies that resonate with each project’s unique needs. Fostering trust and achieving synergy with clients and team members alike have been key to my team\'s collective achievements.
