As a Cloud Solutions Architect, my responsibilities include understanding the current application landscape, developing a roadmap for modernizing applications and designing solutions leveraging Azure, Power Platform, and M365-based solutions. Some of these initiatives include the following:• Designed and developed a multilingual Power Platform-based portal for CCMC users to track evaluations of their construction products for compliance with Canadian building, energy, and safety codes. • Designed and developed data integration packages leveraging Kingswaysoft SSIS adapter to synchronize CCMC data between the on-premises Oracle database and Dataverse. • Configured Azure AD B2C for authentication to the external portal. Provisioned Azure AD B2C instance, set up user flows for user sign-in and sign-up, and configured MFA.• For the Code Change Request project developed an Azure functions-based process for generating PDF output of CCR. Used AzureDataverse client SDK and service principal-based authorization to integrate Azure functions with Dataverse and stored the application registration information in Azure Key Vault. Leveraged a third-party PDF library to generate PDF outputs of the CCR. • Developed Terraform Azure templates for deploying App service plan, Azure function app, App Insights, Cosmos DB, Key vault, Storage account, and private endpoints consistently across environments.• Set up Azure DevOps pipelines for CCMC Dataverse and Power Pages deployment, and for deploying Azure Functions to Azure App Services plan.• Worked with the National Model Specification team on the content model and target CCMS System Analysis.• As a member of the core team, conducted a feasibility and impact assessment of Ixiasoft CCMS for NMS, Codes, and CCMC content and reference standards.
