   Involved in migrating from the existing commercial product personalization engine to our own internal version of personalization platform.Responsible for managing internal tooling of our messaging/personalization engine platform that drives what notifications are given to end users.Implemented Micro Services Using annotations-based Spring Boot framework that polls events from SQS queue, process and stores the events in RDS (Postgres) and publishes to another SQS queue for downstream services to use/ for data warehousing.Exposed and Consumed RESTful Webservices for different modules of the project.Designed and implemented RESTful APIs with asynchronous endpoints to handle long-running operations, reducing API response times for end-users.Leveraged Spring WebFlux to build reactive applications and achieve non-blocking I/O for improved performance and responsiveness.Created beans and managed dependencies with Spring Boot Auto Configuration.Used Junit and Mockito for unit and Integration testing.Perform API testing using Postman for verifying the Restful Endpoints.Improved the self-serviceness of the platform by identifying customer pain-points from user feedback and adding UI features using JavaScript, Typescript and React to address them.Worked on implementing the new designs to improve the UI/UX features using Typescript and React.
