At BPI Labs LLC, I specialize in environmental monitoring of cleanrooms (ISO8) using techniques such as active air sampling, passive air sampling, and surface monitoring, along with environmental monitoring inside production isolators for tasks like end-of-batch EM, campaign batch EM, and in-operation EM for product mixing and dispensing. My responsibilities include sampling and bioburden testing of Purified Water, Water for Injection, Pure Steam, and City Water (USP/EP), along with bacterial and fungal isolate identification through Gram staining. I manage laboratory consumables, operate and maintain instruments such as autoclaves, incubators, laminar airflow units, and colony counters, and ensure compliance with cGMP, cGLP, USFDA, and other regulatory standards. Additionally, I handle out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) reports with thorough documentation and promptly notify supervisors of discrepancies.
