   Part of the RSUM ADM team responsible for gathering requirements related to Entity Setup, Supplier setup, contract setup, product setup, forms setup, and agreement setup etc in Concept One (C1) and configuring them accordingly. Analyzed manuscript policy form requirements from multiple stakeholders and mapped data into non-static forms from SQL database. Also responsible to develop Auto SQL logics in form rules to dynamically generate forms based on business conditions. Translated requirements into user stories in Jira and collaborated with testers to ensure accurate implementation. Performed PDF optimization using Adobe Acrobat and integrated optimized documents into C1. • Managed configuration tasks in C1, including entity setup, supplier setup, contract setup, form rule setup, agreement setup, and data mapping using Info-Maker. Analyzed and modified stored procedures and functions to resolve SQL logic issues, raised change requests (CRs), and deployed fixes into Production following release management standards. Supported contract lifecycle activities in C1, including application creation, new business, midterm amendments, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements etc. Provided L3 support, handled P4 and P3 incidents, performed root cause analysis, and implemented fixes across C1 (Policy and Invoice modules). Analyzing policy workflows to identify any gaps or issues and implementing necessary fixes to ensure each workflow functions as intended.
