About Reva Gaur

At Meta, I lead a global operations team focused on customer experience for the most influential partners on the platform, including public figures, creators, media companies and other high profile figures and organizations. The Premier Partner Experience Ops team creates an exceptional partner experience and enables partner success through complex, yet scalable support for new and emerging domains. Our team is on the front lines solving complex, nuanced issues for premier partners. We work to improve the partner’s support experience by finding creative solutions for ambiguous issues, standing up and optimizing existing support channels, and focusing on process excellence. I founded the team in 2018 and have grown our portfolio across multiple functions and 7 locations globally. Prior to this role, I spent a few years on the Media Partnerships team at Meta, building and leading the Partner Solutions team for the News vertical. Before that, I worked on the Media Operations team for two years, leading and scaling our efforts around News globally. Prior to Meta, I spent a decade in the fields of communications, marketing, media relations and digital strategy across a range of industries, including private, public and nonprofit sectors. I earned an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and an A.B. in Sociology from Brown University.
