Education has always been one of my greatest passions. I love learning, reading, and improving my writing and technical skills. There are too many limitations in this world that many fall prey to \"not even trying\" due to lack of monies, lack of individual skills, and lack of education. I want to change the world. I want to create a new way of living without prejudices, discrimination, or hostility. I cannot do it alone. We can do it together. What do you think? Can we find a way to meet in the middle?    A Kid Again

   Jun 1991 — Present

   A Kid Again\" is an outstanding organization that gives hope to children who are disabled, handicapped, or mentally challenged. My daughter was born with a life-threatening illness that almost killed her at the age of 2. I almost lost her. With the help of A Kid Again, formerly Adventures for Wish Kids, they provided transportation to and from John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland; mental support, balloons, and encouragement. I read every medical journal related to her illness and with the help of her doctors, and medical staff my daughter is alive today. She still has setbacks but she is a fighter. She is my star. She inspires other children who are suffering from illnesses not to give up. Most importantly that they are not in this alone!We participate and contribute as often as we can. A Kid Again is a small organization with a big heart and lots of volunteers. My daughter and I are glad to be a part of such a devoted group of caring individuals who do God\'s work without asking for anything in return. The smiles from the children and families are more than enough.
