Managing a group with an annual turnover of over 200 crores and 700+ suppliers, I ensure comprehensive financial management.I manage general accounting activities, financial analysis, and reporting, while maintaining effective internal controls and ensuring statutory compliance. I also handle budgets, MIS reviews, and fund management, including dealing with suppliers, banks, and financial institutions. Working with external auditors, consultants, and tax authorities is a key part of my role.I provide leadership to enhance team productivity and have implemented successful revenue-maximizing strategies. My role also involves evaluating hiring and promotions, managing staffing and budgetary plans, and identifying cost-saving opportunities to increase company savings. Proficiency in accounting software, strong interpersonal skills, and multitasking capabilities have been vital in achieving group objectives and fostering business growth.
