As our bank has weathered the storm of a tough economy many members of our team are now wearing multiple hats. In addition to the task associated in my previous role as Customer Experience Manager I have also taken over the responsiblities of Market Manager. I now oversee and manage the daily operations of both our Florence bank branches. I supervise our Tellers and Personal Bankers as we work together to make the lives of our cusotmers better. Returning to branch management has been exciting and rewarding. I have the opportunity to interact with customers more and coach our associates on sales and servicing excellence. I handle branch operations, performance reviews, goal setting, risk mitigation, compliance,exceptions and loan management at the branch level. Banking changes everyday and we embrace that change as we help our customers understand the need for processes and procedures to protect them and the bank. There\'s never a dull moment in a growing community bank.
