Geoscientist with over 19 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in petroleum geomechanics, exploration geology, structural geology, and sedimentology. Strong track record in addressing complex subsurface challenges—including overpressure prediction, sanding control, hydraulic fracturing, and natural fracture characterization—across sandstone, carbonate, shale gas, and fractured basement reservoirs. Currently serving as an Advisor of Exploration Geomechanics at Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), leading geomechanics workflows for play-based exploration, lead and prospect maturation, exploration well planning, drilling execution, and post-drill evaluations. Recognized for integrating deep technical insights with collaborative, data-driven decision-making to enhance exploration outcomes and reduce subsurface uncertainties. Typical Interpretation Projects and Technical Experience Development of 1D and 3D Mechanical Earth Models (MEM), including wellbore stability analysis, sanding prediction, and fault stability assessment. Techlog, Petrel, VISAGE 3D structural modeling and palinspastic reconstruction using Petrel and Dynel 2D/3D software. Served as Surface Logging Technical Supervisor and provided marketing and technical support across Asia and the Middle East. Technology experience includes gas interpretation (FLAIR), isotope logging, and advanced cuttings characterization (GeoFlex). Borehole image interpretation and integrated petrophysical evaluation.
