Nick has led his team at Ritts Hospitality to achieve 20 years of consistent year after year sales growth. Ritts Hospitality has locations in Detroit and Miami Beach. They have built customer retention databases with over social media followers, text club members and rewards members. Ritts Hospitality has been a leader and pioneer in the vintage arcade comeback, Christmas popups, craft beer and vegan comfort food. Nick\'s team manages over 300 different beers within the walls of their locations. Under his leadership sales have near tripled in all locations. While increasing sales, variable costs have decreased by way of bonus structures, supplier negotiations and effective placement of a new management team. Nick is well versed in beer programs, many forms of cuisine and management controls. He has created a successful secret shopper program for restaurants operated by Ritts Hospitality with over 500 mystery shoppers to date.
