I am a New York-qualified corporate lawyer focused on securities offerings, private placements, investment funds, federal income tax and related areas. I have represented issuers and underwriters in bond offerings in the U.S. and international capital markets. I have also advised on M&A transactions, joint ventures, general corporate matters and SEC regulatory issues. I have advised on capital markets transactions involving issuers from both developed and emerging markets, and, particularly, Latin America.I also have proven, comprehensive experience as a banker in the international debt capital markets.
