With over 11 years of experience as a Scientist at UpJohn and Bioval Pharmaceuticals, I specialized in international method transfer, pharmaceutical analysis, and complex problem-solving while collaborating directly with the FDA. My work in research, method development, and analytical validation strengthened my technical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to deliver reliable, compliant solutions that advanced organizational and regulatory goals.I later transitioned into Human Resources, serving as Director of HR and Operations in nonprofit organizations. In this role, I focused on strategic planning, organizational leadership, and operational effectiveness. I cultivated mission-driven, high-performing teams, aligned HR practices with organizational objectives, and supported professional development across the workforce.Building on this leadership foundation, I entered the education sector, where for more than three years at Harmony Public Schools I contributed to both student and educator growth. I achieved a 92% student growth rate, served as a Mentor, member of the Instructional Leadership Team (ILT), Professional Learning Community (PLC) Leader, Science System Course Leader and Writer, and earned the designation of TEA Master Teacher. I have also led and presented various professional development sessions for educators across the district. In these roles, I guided instructional improvement, supported curriculum development, coached teachers, and led initiatives that strengthened teaching quality and academic outcomes.Across every chapter of my career—scientific research, human resources, and education—I have been driven by a commitment to service, learning, and impact.
