A highly strategic, results driven energetic project manager. Dedicated to development and improvement of processes alongside building quality working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.Passionate about leadership and culture, bringing together successful and dynamic teams using motivational techniques, incentives and trust whilst coaching and mentoring to enhance team building abilities and setting regular new targets and objectives.Communicates to the very highest level, presenting and negotiating to Board Level Directors, suppliers and customers, influencing and persuading a variety of colleagues at all levels.Constantly planning and problem solving, analysing and evaluating complex projects implementing new procedures whilst maintaining fluency and celebrating completion inside financial constraints and strict time frames.Key Achievements include• Developed & communicated changes to testing criteria giving a reduction of 95% in support cases.• Lead engineer in designing, planning and implementing complex cross nation communications operations for US and UK forces.• Completion of first £500 k project to deliver a secure information area for the extended project life cycle from concept to handover which was unique to my organisations business area.• Senior management for communication training update program. Key stakeholder from definition to benefits realisation.• Implemented improvements to processes and culture of equipment employment and care. This led to a wider organisation cost saving of £300k+ pa.I am an active volunteer with the Army reserves in my spare time. I manage communication training and capability within my organisation alongside the career management of 16 personal. I love developing the new generation of soldiers, passing on my knowledge from 14 years i have from the regular Army not letting that knowledge go waste.I am passionate about working with people both individuals or teams with a focus on building up from the bottom. I am hard working and dedicated to delivering results, quick to learn and happy making well structured yet timely decisions. These skills have been harnessed and developed throughout a 15 year career in the military which has seen me take up many posts without training yet thriving in those positions. I am currently seeking exciting opportunities in the fields of operation and project management.
