Managing the delivery of trading platforms including Core trade and Post trade systems for Equities and Crypto trading front end integrations with the Web3 blockchain platform(Web/Mobile) 2. API driven equity trading platforms include core trade application to onboard/create partner users/accounts, individual & bulk funding; Order management system to handle both whole share and fractional orders, reporting, integrations with market data providers and order execution brokers.3. Post trade system including partner/user/account management, margin analysis, self clearing - DTC/NSCC, Corporate actions, ACATS.4. Responsible for end to end project delivery including creating project plans, project scope documents, Schedules, forecasts, milestone review, manage scrum events, managing customer relations, Jira management.5. Manage software project teams using AGILE scrum practices. Work closely with multiple front end development teams alongside with the backend/blockchain dev teams to integrate the APIs with front end.6. Resolve project issues, mitigate risks, and manage scope change requests for all development sprints.7. Test the developed product before releasing to the customer to ensure the utmost quality is adhered.8. Oversee the core trade integration with post trade systems.
