ABOUT RESHMA GUNTAPALLI

As an MBA student at GITAM Deemed University, I am pursuing my passion for Human Resources Management and developing my skills in various HR functions. I have completed two internships at Coromandel International Limited and Hotel Daspalla, where I gained valuable insights into the HR operations and practices of different industries. At Coromandel, I supported the recruitment and selection process by coordinating with the organization, analyzing their needs, and contributing to the hiring of qualified candidates. At Hotel Daspalla, I assisted in the performance appraisal and feedback system, and helped in the development of the evaluation framework. My core competencies include recruiting, appraisal, and administration, as well as employee relations and Microsoft Excel. I value teamwork, diversity, and innovation, and I aim to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team and the organization. I am eager to learn from the experts and to apply my knowledge and skills to support the HR goals and culture.
