I turn technology into a business asset.I’m a business-first technology operator who works at the intersection of capital markets, operations, and AI — helping boards, investors, and operators translate technology into measurable enterprise value, not overhead.Over 30 years across real estate, private equity, healthcare, and enterprise technology, I’ve led and advised organizations through IPOs, privatizations, M&A, and rapid scale — delivering or advising on more than $30B in transactions. My work spans the $18B NYSE: HTA–HR merger (largest pure-play MOB REIT), the $6B Blackstone HPA integration, and Tricon’s NYSE IPO and subsequent take-private.As Tricon’s first CTO, I built and scaled global teams across the U.S, Canada, and India; architected an enterprise operating platform from the ground up; and helped grow revenues from $400M to $1.7B. I led technology, data, cybersecurity, and resident-facing systems through hyper-growth, integration, and scrutiny — where execution, trust, and transparency matter.My leadership style is culture-led and outcome-driven. I build durable teams, reduce attrition, and operate calmly in high-pressure, high-visibility environments. My innovation work includes launching unified resident platforms, deploying GenAI in call centers, applying ML to operations, and using IoT and data systems to surface risk before it becomes cost, churn, or regulatory exposure.Today, I advise operators and proptech companies on AI, cybersecurity, operating platforms, and resident experience, and I engage selectively in short-term and fractional CTO/CIO roles where technology must directly support growth, profitability, and governance.Alongside my operating work, I bring deep board-level perspective. I’ve served as a public-company director at Healthcare Trust of America, Chair of the Real Estate Committee at Hoag Hospital, and Board Member and Chair at Orange County Community Foundation, where I helped guide digital transformation and scale over $1B in cumulative granting.I’m focused on the next evolution of operating platforms — where experience, risk, and performance are observable, measurable, and governable at scale.
