Senior Vice President with 20+ years of experience leading Global Capability Services and shared services organizations. I specialize in enterprise knowledge services, operating model transformation, and workforce strategy, with a strong focus on automation, AI/GenAI enablement, and scalable service delivery. Known for partnering with global stakeholders, building high‑performance teams, and driving culture, talent, and leadership development aligned to business outcomes.I am passionate about paying it forward, training, learning & development and serves the dean & coach for various Milestone programs. I believe in work life integration and my personal and work life are truly inter-mingled. Besides work, I am an avid traveler, aurora chaser, snowmobiler & scuba diver. My partner & I chase the auroras (northern lights) each winter. That means spending long cold dark winters in the arctic north with temperatures around -40 degrees C. My last such trip was to Svalbard, the northern most part of Europe, where the sun didn’t rise, and it was dark all day / night long.
