I then joined Santa Monica Study Abroad Pvt. Ltd, a premier overseas education facilitator, as a Senior Executive Human Resources, where I managed the recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff across 20+ offices in India. I also handled performance appraisal, and grievance redressal of the employees. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Application from Kalinga University, I am also proficient in global human resources management, with a keen awareness of the diverse cultural, legal, and ethical aspects of hiring and working with international talent.
