About Reshma Patel
I am a recent graduate from the University of South Alabama with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. As an occupational therapy student at DCH Northport, I have had the opportunity over the past six months to provide skilled services to a complex and diverse patient population within the skilled areas of inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient clinic, acute care, and intensive care units. This fieldwork experience as a student has enabled me to form relationships, work with others in a multi-disciplinary environment to advance my skill set, broaden my outlook and enhance my interpersonal skills while working towards the patient\'s goal of regaining independence following an illness or injury.
