About Reshma Nayak
Principal and a successful administrator over a span of 17 years, I\'m also a passionate writer. I have been deeply immersed in curriculum creation, contemplative pedagogy, in-depth evaluation of several curriculums to arrive at the best practices in teaching-learning, content creation, and educational research. It has been a continuous, passionate attempt to delve deep in the minds of the learners and make learning a truly joyful journey. Starting from the formative years of kindergarten to high school, I have looked at learning patterns across a wide age group of students. Leading teams and creating a successful work culture has become my forte. I have collaboratively created passionate teams with great visions, and learnt to build budding institutes from scratch to success. Writing on meaningful topics is part of the story that defines me.
