I’m an early career people professional, passionate about building inclusive, psychologically safe workplaces where people and performance thrive. With an MSc in Counselling Psychology and two years of experience shaping well-being, talent, and culture at a leading IT services company in India, I’m now taking the next big step — pursuing an MSc in Organisational Psychology at the University of Manchester.My journey has given me a unique blend of micro-level insight into individual psychology and a macro-level understanding of organisational dynamics. I’m driven to leverage this expertise to help businesses create thriving, resilient workplaces that boost both morale and productivity.Outside of work and academics, I’m a bit of an artsy soul — I paint, sketch, design, sing, and occasionally strum my ukulele (emphasis on occasionally). Creativity keeps me grounded and often sneaks its way into how I approach problems and solutions.
