Manage end-to-end invoicing processes, including learner registrations, centre onboarding, EQA, CPD, ELP, CQF short courses, and learner transfers using advanced Excel and Zoho Books.•Collaborate with internal departments to support daily business operations, internal invoicing, registration procedures, and system coordination.•Prepare EQA invoices by reviewing registration data and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with the 10-week rule.•Register learners on QLMS following payment confirmation; record transactions in Zoho Books and maintain a comprehensive daily accounting log.•Oversee customer account management activities, including invoicing, reconciliation, payment follow-up, and responding to finance-related inquiries.•Prepare and submit accurate financial and learner data reports for regulatory bodies and internal management.•Generate aged receivables analysis using Zoho Books; investigate outstanding payments through direct liaison with centres and follow up on overdue balances.•Manage payables and support audit readiness by maintaining clean ledgers and supporting documents in alignment with standard accounting procedures.•Assist in the review and enhancement of organisation-wide policies, specifically those relating to financial operations and registration compliance.•Deliver professional support to internal teams and external stakeholders on invoicing processes, registration workflows, fee structures, and finance queries, ensuring a high standard of service delivery
