I\'ve partnered with founders scaling from 5 to 200 and with global leadership teams managing employees across multiple offices. In between, I\'ve handled everything from building a company\'s first HR policy framework from scratch to leading HR automation across an entire Asia region to sitting across from an employee at 6pm figuring out what\'s actually going on.What I\'ve learned is that the best HR work is invisible when it\'s done right—attrition drops, teams trust their managers, reviews feel fair, and people stay.
