I have knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance, renewable energy, new energy technologies, technical sales, lean thinking, quality management, and project management. I\'m currently pursuing an MBA in Management, Innovation, and Sustainability at UFRJ Macaé, where I\'m learning to integrate engineering practices with strategies in circularity, ESG, and technological innovation.
