ABOUT RENZO CARDOSI
Working in the Third Sector for over 18 years continues to be a valuable and rewarding learning experience. During this time, my responsibilities have included leading on grass roots community projects in areas marred by anti-social statistics, managing out-reach, supported accommodation, temporary accommodation and private rented sector accommodation services across Glasgow, East Dunbartonshire and South Lanarkshire. As part of the Leadership Team at Right There, I now enjoy the organisational strategic planning and business development focus of the role, whilst working through the daily challenges associated with maintaining excellence across our service areas. I am reflective, have a proven track record for delivering positive change and have implemented thought leading initiatives benefiting the organisations I have worked for throughout my career thus far. I also have two young boys who keep me on my toes.
