Also, handling all the Ad-hoc requests and actioning on it on priority basis.• Diligently tracking all the engagement expenses, WIP and POC. Managing the client billing process to ensure timely billing, financial accuracy and control. Also, communicating the KPI’s to the team and proposing strategic initiatives to enhance profit margin.• Interacting on a periodic basis to the Partners and External clients to present various analysis, discuss the recommendations and project the financial advice.
