Hello. I\'m Renu Tayal, the founder and educator at Tayal Classes. I specialize in developing e-learning content and strategies for JEE Mathematics for IIT JEE Mains & Advanced. As a founder of Tayal Classes, I also specialize in the Study Material Development, Curriculum Planning and providing Digital Solutions for K12 education and EdTech Platforms along with developing my own content as well. Did I really want to do that?Yes. I worked as a Lecturer at Poornima College for 2 years. In the year 2007, I took up teaching full-time at Resonance. As a Senior Mathematics Faculty for IIT JEE Mains & Advanced. As a Senior Mathematics Lecturer, I was responsible for handling class-sessions of JEE Mathematics for various segments of IIT JEE Mains & Advanced students\' and test preparation. Also, I was the only female faculty in the department. Therefore, at times, I was also responsible for conducting customized doubt-clearing sessions regarding JEE Mathematics for female students.At those times, there were not many girls in the JEE preparation segments of Resonance. I, along with a few more female teachers were responsible for educating more girls regarding JEE preparation and Engineering. At Tayal Classes, I, along with the whole team started my YouTube Channel to help various students in IIT-JEE preparation. Along with all this, I\'m highly interested in YOGA & MEDITATION. In June, 2018as a part of Resonance, I got a chance to help in organizing a World Record-holding Event in Kota, Rajasthan on the International Yog Day. In the presence of Swami Ramdev, and Chief Minister of Rajasthan as the Chief guest for the event, we could gather 2 Lakh people at the event. We also made various other records in terms of Yoga. The event is registered in the Guinness Book of World Records.I have always promoted \"Education for all\" and the generation today will be much more advanced in the future.
