ABOUT RENUU TANDON

The future of work isn’t a trend to prepare for. It’s a set of decisions leaders are already being judged by.I work with senior leaders and organisations navigating the intersection of strategy, leadership, and AI, where choices made today shape credibility, culture, and legacy tomorrow. As a Strategist and AI Futurist, I partner with CEOs, founders, and executive teams to make sense of complexity, exercise responsible judgment around AI, and lead transformation without losing the human core that performance ultimately depends on. This is not about chasing technology. It’s about knowing when to use it and when not to.My work spans board-level advisory, executive coaching, team coaching, and organisation-wide transformation, particularly in moments of scale, disruption, and identity shift. Leaders come to me when the answers are unclear, the stakes are high, and simplistic solutions won’t survive scrutiny. I work across geographies and cultures, supporting leadership teams in global, multi-market environments where decisions must travel well beyond headquarters and time zones.I bring a systems view grounded in evidence and experience. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching (Harvard McLean Affiliate) and hold ICF (PCC) and EMCC (SP) credentials. These inform my work, they do not define it.In parallel, as a CII HR Excellence Assessor (EFQM Model), I have assessed organisational maturity and transformation readiness across some of India’s most respected enterprises, including Hindustan Unilever, L&T, CRISIL, Max Healthcare, Bank of Baroda, Vedanta, Grant Thornton, Myntra-Jabong, Indian Oil, Aditya Birla Finance, Mahyco, among others. This exposure gives me a grounded view of what actually sustains change and what quietly derails it.Whether advising on AI-integrated leadership, future-ready operating models, or legacy-led transitions, my role remains consistent: to help leaders think clearly, make informed decisions, and lead in ways that endure beyond cycles, hype, and headlines.
