I am a PCC(ICF) accredited NLP Leadership Coach, NLP Life Coach; Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst; Talent Strategy, Leadership and Talent Development specialist. I have 21 years of consulting, coaching and industry experience. My work experience spans across industry segments, large conglomerates, MNCs, Indian Government. I have delivered for over 100+ organizations. I have worked across cultures, with global workforce. I have delivered over 1850 hours in coaching; partnered with more than individuals across management levels in their assessment and development. My coaching is founded on ‘NLP-Coaching methodology’ developed by Alphastars Academy of Excellence - Richard Bandler, Grinder, their co-developers, Sat Khalsa, Siri Khalsa and Dr. David Rock’s Brain-based Coaching model.
