As a skeptical graduate who joined the financial services industry several years ago (time truly flies!), I initially wondered about the extent of technology\'s role in an investment bank. And I quickly realized how much there was to learn and grow - from understanding the business domain to solving real problems through engineering and collaborating closely with clients. Being part of engineering solutions that make a difference has been incredibly rewarding.Throughout my career journey, I’ve realized that I am deeply drawn to problem-solving and enjoy breaking down intricate challenges. Whether it’s streamlining processes, designing scalable systems, or addressing client needs - I focus on uncovering root causes and developing effective strategies that deliver results.And I love collaborating with people - especially the ones who are open to share knowledge and opinions, the ones who keep you on your toes, the ones who spark that debate, the ones who inspire you to think outside the box.As a senior technical lead in the SPG Engineering team, I work closely with our business stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for the Equities business - from scaling & extending existing platforms to improving the client business and experience. And now as a leader, I enjoy fostering growth in others, guiding team members to reach their potential and encouraging an open exchange of ideas.I have a passion for traveling and new experiences - which has been enriched by living and working in global cities starting with Bengaluru, Hong Kong and for now I’m based in New York.
