I am Renuka Pangarkar, a B.Tech graduate in Computer Engineering from Government College of Engineering (2025), currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at HCLTech, Nagpur. I work on Application Operations and System Reliability to ensure seamless performance, optimise workflows, and maintain high system availability.Additionally, I am building hands-on exposure in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering, focusing on practical applications such as workflow automation, intelligent querying, and productivity enhancement.During my onboarding at HCLTech, Noida, I received structured training in Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, and Generative AI, along with key professional competencies such as team management, communication, and problem-solving. This foundation has strengthened my ability to operate effectively in dynamic, high-pressure environments.Prior to this, I enhanced my technical expertise through training at QSpiders, Pune, where I developed a strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, SQL, and Data Analytics.
