   Passion & Purpose:I’ve always felt a deep, genuine calling to work with students and professionals — to help them build and nurture the human skills that truly make a difference in the real world. Skills like effective communication, emotional intelligence, active listening, empathy, authentic storytelling, collaboration, assertive thinking, and meaningful engagement. These are no longer just “soft skills” — they are power skills that shape career success and personal growth.Through my passion project,\'ACE it\' Communication Masterclasses — which stands for Authenticity, Constructive Feedback, and Effective Engagement — I’ve designed thoughtfully curated modules that complement academic learning and prepare students to face the world with clarity and confidence. These essential skills require a shift in mindset and are often not embedded in traditional academia.How do I do that?My sessions are highly experiential. I use real-world case studies, hands-on activities, live demos, role-play, group work, and guided reflections to help participants practice these human skills in a safe, encouraging environment. Whether it’s rewriting a personal bio, with authenticity, giving and receiving constructive feedback in the moment, or decoding non-verbal cues through storytelling, managing a conflict situation, every session is designed to shift passive learning into active skill-building. The result? Mindset transformation, not just skill acquisition.With over 25 years of experience in Strategic and Corporate Communications and Marketing, I now channel my expertise into shaping young minds and professionals. I serve as a visiting faculty, offering practical, experience-led insights on the many layers of Effective Communication and Business Management.ACE it takes a holistic approach to skill-building, focusing on bridging the effective communication mindset gap and strengthening human skills among Indian youth, enabling them to achieve career and personal growth.
