Below are my responsibilities:• Responsible for Client Identification, Interaction, Negotiations, Interconnection and executions of partnership • Responsible for Revenue Growth on the Asian and European front for both Wholesale and Retail client base• Advising Finance department for funds management to ensure smooth functioning of business.• Taking charge of promotional activities in accordance with the market trend.• Negotiating rates for Voice for all A to Z destinations• Negotiating and finalizing the Payment terms• Coordinate with Technical department to test the Voice Route quality• Advising the Least Cost Routing for cost saving and high turn over • Contract Finalization and getting the agreement signed• Once the route available, start to arbitrage/Sell the available routes• Identifying the reseller worldwide• Negotiating/finalizing the calling rates depending on the demographic and ethnic group• Finalizing the bonus structure for promoting for reseller worldwide• Timely working on the Customer relations team to ensure customer stick-ability /loyalty.
