11+ years experienced Lead Quality Assurance Analyst, with a high level of knowledge in Manual and Automation Testing with expertise in Web based, desktop and mobile based applications. • Hands on experience in managing QA department, responsible to do their yearly performance evaluation, recruited new hires and trained them to deliver the quality work and plan the work schedule, their assignments and monitor the day-to-day testing activities on the multiple projects. Responsible to request the builds to push on different devices in QA team and providing the sign off to migrate the solution to the production. • Review and analyse the functional specification documents.
