ABOUT REN STOLZE

I am a motivated professional in leadership management, creative design and sound. I graduated as the Salutatorian / Manga cum laude of my class and am passionate about the integration of technology and sales to provide higher performance. I am an avid learner of lead simply and level 5 leadership and am constantly looking to cultivate new ways to empower the teams I work alongside. I consider myself a creative problem solver who is very detail oriented. With my experience in CX (customer voice), I have been able to look at all sides of the consumer and help create positive journeys along the way. I have many years of experience in brand voice/engagement and communication to create cohesive messages to help engage teams with empathy and compassion. I have also spent many years working in product management and program coordination using end-user research, behavioral management/training and business strategy implementation. Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to work with people of all levels from CEO’s to front line sales. This has allowed me cultivate so many meaningful relationships through my time in the music and arts industries. My goal is to continue to create and develop those connections and help use them towards meaningful work with a purpose. I have always loved team and culture building and seeing different personalities be motivated to work towards a common goal. Most of my career has been dedicated to implementing and learning new strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion in the workplace and the community. I have been apart of many teams and organizations that help to give a voice to those who may not always have it and mentor those who are ready to show their unique identities. I am the type of person who has the drive and willingness to learn and take any challenge head on. However, I choose to put others before myself in so many instances because I believe that everyone needs cheerleader in their corner on their darkest and brightest days.
