ABOUT RENS TER WEIJDE
Rens ter Weijde is an entrepreneur, advisor, and board member living in Amsterdam. He studied psychology (UvA), business (HBS), finance (CFA), and technology (MIT). He started his career during the last two years of his study working with athletes as a sport psychologist (20••••11), and later began his professional career at McKinsey & Company (2011) focused on organizational change and leadership. Following his time at McKinsey, Rens started his own advisory firm (2013) and served as a trusted advisor to over 100 clients across industries such as software, hardware, space, retail, media, financial services, professional services, fashion, security, utilities, and governments. His work for clients primarily centered on strategy, digital transformation and top team alignment. Following his advisory years Rens founded and led an AI-company (20••••23), where he partnered with 2,300 local colleges in India to bridge the gap between college and employment. Presently, Rens is active as CCO for AIAIAI, and is involved in a number of boards.
