   Consultant to Transport for NSW (TfNSW)I played a Techno-functional Business Analyst / SME role in the standup, configuration, roll out and establishment of a robust support system for an Enterprise Architecture Repository based off Orbusinifinity (SaaS) iServer365 which was integrated with the ServiceNow CMDB and made available to Enterprise Architecture community within Transport for NSW IT.I managed a team of ServiceNow developers and SMEs in conjunction with process managers and in coordination with various IT stakeholders for enhancements to improve cloud process agility through automation, ensuring enriched and validated application metadata throughout an application’s lifecycle.Worked with the Business Applications Hosting Strategy (BAHS) program in the application transformation and cloud migration phase with a core focus on stabilizing and maintaining continuity in delivery, meeting application migration timelines for successful service uptake into operations. Post program completion, managed continuous enhancement and maintenance of ServiceNow-based hybrid cloud framework application lifecycle processes such as application/service on-boarding, service activation, decommission processes that work in conjunction with existing service delivery, service management, application management and enterprise architecture requirements.
