With diverse teams of 4 departments, I scale and support future growth and drive high levels of customer orientation in the team. Manage recruitment, staffing, training and coaching of supply chain personnel.Furthermore, leverage process engineering and innovation practices to drive organizational savings. Reinvent the supply chain of LEGO by optimizing VA activities in transit. Slash exit excess in 3 months by controlling replenishment & sensitizing inventory scenario in the BU.My focus is on leading demand planning and S & OP for India and reducing exit excess inventory while working parallel with sales and marketing. Shape multiple warehouse operations, streamline distribution to diverse points, and ensure optimal inventory control. Established best-in-class cross-functional processes between sales and finance to ensure the meeting of all BU metrics.
