   As an NPME, we ensure smooth transitioning of NPIs/CIPs to volume. Serve as a conduit from Engineering to Manufacturing to support orderly hand off of new products and product changes to volume manufacturing owned by MEs.2. Performs 3D solid model Virtual Build/Virtual Analysis for fit/alignment, interference to identify and eliminate physical build issues and enfuse DFx opportunities.3. Develops, implements and releases new Product BOMs/Configurations and Manufacturing BOMs (kits and assemblies with work centers) for modules and Product structure. Develops Cut-in strategy to release to Product structure for the same.5. Partner with PLM/BMO to understand and develop the option architecture, VC logic.6. Work with Manufacturing/Production Engineering and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to help validation of the new change being introduced as part of NPI/CIP7. Analyse E&Z cost impact and maintain minimum cost impact to the business.8. Work on different change control processes including Non Standard Requests(NSRs), NSOs, Engineering Specification Waivers (ESWs), ECRs/ECOs and work on SPSs/issues resolution and drive them to closure. Attend CCB for ECRs as TCO or EC Owner and present the change to CCB stakeholders10. Leads the disposition and resolution of issues requiring Long Term Corrective Action for project/program.11. Define and create Manufacturing procedures and specifications. Retrofit kit creation and releases. Work with GPS enggs for retrofit procedures.13. Manages the development and validation of Operation Method Sheets (OMSs), define SOE for kits/assemblies and partner with illustrators in creation. Define op sequence for the new kits/assys added to structure.14. Work in a cross functional and cross site team environment.
