Renita has over 20 years’ experience in CRE with over $180M in hotel development and $120M in acquisitions. She is a seasoned hospitality professional and trusted owner’s representative with deep expertise across several hotel brands. Before joining HREC she was with Sandpiper Hospitality working alongside the owner to grow from 2 to 31 hotels as Chief of Staff serving as the liaison between ownership, development, acquisition, operations, and the equity group. Subsequently she started The Development Manager, a consulting company assisting developers on site selection, entitlement, and construction of extended stay hotels in several states. Specializing in asset management, development, investment analysis and asset repositioning, she brings a results-driven approach to every project. Her expertise spans underwriting, financial due diligence, franchise negotiations, and transaction management. She has a proven track record of bringing complex projects to fruition, navigating challenges with precision, and leading successful closings in collaboration with brokers, attorneys, lenders, buyers, and sellers. Known for strong industry relationships and cross-functional collaboration, she offers clients a disciplined perspective on hotel investments, acquisitions, and brokerage—consistently delivering value and navigating complex transactions with precision and insight.
