I created my company, Leadership Unlocked, based on my conviction that anyone can improve their leadership. I would like to contribute the expertise I’ve gained as an Air Force Officer and leadership development expert to influence aspiring, emerging as well as experienced leaders.Leadership entails the agility to recognize change and challenges, determine the real requirements, and respond with innovative solutions. I honed my agility creating strategic plans as an Air Force officer, helping small businesses, startups, and nonprofit organizations gain traction, and overcoming the fog and friction that happens when plans meet reality to effectively execute and achieve the objectives.As a board director, I bring the ability to recognize change and challenges, determine the real requirements, and respond with innovative solutions. I have helped shape the culture of two non-profit organizations focused on leadership development by modeling a high level of engagement and offering board governance training. As the co-founder of The Social Leadership Academy, another non-profit focused on leadership, I created curriculum and coached social entrepreneurs to do well by doing good.
