ABOUT RENIKA PRUITT

As an Operations Officer in the US Army, I oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex logistics operations. I apply my 14+ years of experience and expertise in supply chain management, project management, contract management, and data analytics to optimize the performance, efficiency, and sustainability of government logistics systems and processes. I also hold a part-time position as an Adjunct Professor of Project Management (online) at Albany State University where I effectively impart the principles of agile methods and project management skills into my students. I am a PhD Candidate in Organization and Management with a specialization in Leadership at Liberty University, where I conduct research and analysis on organizational behavior, change management, and strategic leadership. I hold a Master of Supply Chain Management (MSCM) from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Colorado Technical University, and my most notable professional certifications are Project Management Professional (PMP®) from PMI and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from ASCM. My mission is to leverage my academic and professional knowledge and skills to enhance the capabilities and readiness of the US Army and to contribute to the advancement of the logistics field. I am passionate about coaching, teaching, mentoring, and leading people of diverse backgrounds and perspectives to achieve common goals and objectives. I value collaboration, innovation, integrity, and excellence in everything I do.
