ABOUT RENIKA PRUITT

As an Operations Officer in the US Army, I oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex logistics operations. I apply my 14+ years of experience and expertise in supply chain management, project management, contract management, and data analytics to optimize the performance, efficiency, and sustainability of government logistics systems and processes. I also hold a part-time position as an Adjunct Professor of Project Management (online) at Albany State University where I effectively impart the principles of agile methods and project management skills into my students. I am a PhD Candidate in Organization and Management with a specialization in Leadership at Liberty University, where I conduct research and analysis on organizational behavior, change management, and strategic leadership. I hold a Master of Supply Chain Management (MSCM) from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Colorado Technical University, and my most notable professional certifications are Project Management Professional (PMP®) from PMI and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from ASCM.
